Louisville Independent Appliance Care is a dedicated high-end appliance repair service. We built the company around the appliances that matter most in Louisville kitchens: Sub-Zero refrigeration and Wolf cooking equipment, along with the other premium brands that share the same engineering standards.
We focus on these platforms. That training matters because a Sub-Zero built-in with two independent sealed systems, or a Wolf dual-fuel range with a sealed burner assembly, is not diagnosed the way a builder-grade appliance is. Parts needs and availability are confirmed after model-specific diagnosis.
How We Work
Every visit starts with a real diagnosis, not a guess. The technician inspects the unit, identifies the failed component, and gives you a written estimate before any work begins. Diagnostic and travel fees, if applicable, are confirmed before the appointment and before repair approval. We install model-specific genuine OEM parts, and we back the work with a 180-day repair warranty. Written terms are provided with the repair.
